For general questions, feedback, suspected issues or requests that don't fall under a specific product, email us at info@corani.be. Please include as much context as possible — what you were trying to do, what you got instead, and which device or browser you were on. The more context, the faster we can help.
We aim to respond to every message within two working days. During holiday periods (Christmas, Easter break, summer) that window may stretch a little; we'll do our best to announce that in advance through an out-of-office reply.
Support for HorseJournal
Users of HorseJournal can request support through the same general address. Please include in your message:
- The email address you use to log into HorseJournal;
- A short description of the problem or your question;
- Optionally a screenshot or the URL of the page where the issue occurs;
- The browser or device you're using (relevant for issues that seem specific to one platform).
For account or billing questions we sometimes ask for additional verification so we can be sure we're communicating with the right account holder. We never ask for your password — nobody at Corani needs it to help you.

For reservations, availability and questions about the space itself, please visit creativewonderland.be. For general questions to Corani about Creative Wonderland — invoicing, partnerships, long-term bookings — you can email us directly at info@corani.be.
Clients of our management services
If your organisation has an ongoing agreement with Corani for management or advisory work, operational communication runs through the channels we agreed with you — typically via direct contacts within your organisation. For administrative questions (invoicing, contracts, terms) you can reach us at the general address.
Frequently asked questions
How do I know my message arrived?
You'll get a personal reply within two working days. If we are away or on holiday, you will receive an automatic out-of-office message with an expected response time. If you haven't heard back after three working days and didn't receive an out-of-office message either, please resend your message — something probably went wrong.
Can I call you?
We prefer to handle support over email, because that lets us look into questions thoroughly before answering. For ongoing engagements or urgent client situations, a phone number can be shared; that goes through your personal point of contact.
Which language can I write in?
Dutch, English or French — all three are equally welcome. We'll reply in the language of your message.
What does Corani do with my data?
See our privacy statement. Short version: we only process what we need in order to help you, we don't share it with third parties for commercial purposes, and we delete it when it's no longer needed.
Something urgent?
For incidents with operational impact (for example: HorseJournal is unreachable for you or your stable), please put “urgent” in the subject. We review those messages with priority, including during holiday periods.
