HorseJournal is a private iOS app for young riders and families. Save photos, videos and milestones per horse, log rides and activities, and share the moments that matter with a small circle of trusted people — never with the wider world. What it is
For many young riders and their families, the most precious horse moments today disappear into WhatsApp groups, Snapchat stories and scattered camera rolls. HorseJournal brings those moments together in one place, tied to the right horse and the right date, so the story stays put instead of getting lost.
HorseJournal is deliberately not a social network. There is no public feed, there are no advertisements, nobody is profiled, and there is no audience to build. When you want to share something, you do it inside your own circle — a small private group of trusted people, for example family, a few close friends, or the stable.
Who it is for
HorseJournal is built for young riders who want to keep their own horse story, and for the parents, grandparents and family who want to follow along without everything ending up on social media. Stables and riding schools can also activate Premium for their members through a stable code, so an entire group of riders can keep and share their stories together.

Free & Premium
HorseJournal is freemium. Free gives you up to three horses, one photo per horse, unlimited activities, ten photos and the ability to join other people's circles. Premium (€3.99 per month or €24.99 per year — six months free on the annual plan) opens it up further: unlimited horses, unlimited photos per horse, video moments, the ability to create your own circles, throwback memories and memory cards you can save and share.
Platform & privacy
HorseJournal is a native iOS app for iPhone, currently in development for publication on the Apple App Store. For young riders and families that means logging a moment quickly right after untacking, even offline, with everything kept safely on the device and in the cloud.
Account and journal data are stored in EU regions of Supabase; photos and videos in EU regions of Cloudflare R2. Apple iOS handles Sign in with Apple, App Store payments and crash diagnostics. HorseJournal is GDPR-compliant: you can export your data or permanently delete your account from inside the app.
